We understand that sometimes things don't work out as planned, which is why we have a clear and simple return policy. In this article, we will outline our return policy, including our 7-day return policy, damaged product guidelines, and how to initiate a return or exchange.
A. 7 DAY RETURN POLICY
Our 7-day return policy allows you to request a return within 7 days after receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
B. RETURN PROCESS

If your return is accepted, we'll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
C. DAMAGED AND WRONG PRODUCTS OR ISSUES
We want to ensure that you receive your order in perfect condition. If upon reception, any part of your order is damaged, please email support@shopfiltrum.com as soon as possible and include your order number and a picture of the damage. Any inquiry must be received by Filtrum Home within 7 days of the purchase date. Please note that once a product is removed from its original protective packaging, we cannot be responsible for any further damage due to improper handling. Do not ship back broken glass items. We ask you to safely discard of the items after taking a clear photo.
D. EXCHANGES
We only exchange products that are damaged, wrong product, wrong size or defective. If you need to exchange an item, please contact us at Email: support@shopfiltrum.com or use self service.
E. RESTOCKING FEE
We do not charge a restocking fee on returns.
F. REFUNDS
We will notify you once we've received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you'll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember that it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
